I can invent things, I can create things, I work with colours, taste, I use all sort of cooking methods. I use all sort of flavours, I go shopping, I moove, I use my body, washing, cutting, setting up the tables, I test new products, try to find new products, People come to taste and have a nice evening, I socialise, I ask how they find the food. I make soulfood, I can put my heart in cooking, it brings my energy down. I love food, I love eating, the senses touched.
